With diverse representation and strong governance practices, the Board safeguards our mission.

The Wodoe Foundation is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, made up of seven men and women, with the option to expand to seventeen members if needed. Each board member brings a strong commitment to education, youth empowerment, and community development.

The Wodoe Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. We support and improve access to quality education and professional training for youth—regardless of race, religion, culture, or background—especially those with fewer opportunities.
We are committed to promoting gender equality and empowering youth to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society on a global scale.

As a nonprofit organization, the Wodoe Foundation is devoted to nurturing the minds and skills of youth, preparing them to participate actively in community development and societal growth.
Our programs empower young people to lead sustainable and productive lives through training in modern technology, industry, healthcare, agriculture, and other critical skills. By focusing on practical development and equitable opportunity, we help youth step confidently into the future.
